It’s one thing to say that the multi-jackbolt tensioner is a superior bolting method, and it is another to show it in action! Our joint-venture in Europe, P&S Vorspannsysteme, has provided us with a vibration test video that does just that. Quite often customers come to us for solutions to their bolting problems – they have applications that are leaking, or coming loose, or are just too expensive or difficult to properly bolt the way they were doing it before.

This video shows the vast difference in quality of the bolted connection between our products and conventional hex nuts. Basically, the hex nut comes loose and Superbolt® Multi-Jackbolt Tensioners do not.
